James brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, and business leadership to Taylor Balance Co.
Throughout his career, he has overseen accounting operations, managed financial reporting, performed account reconciliations, and handled month-end closing processes. His experience also includes QuickBooks Desktop and Online, accounting system transitions, financial controls, and process improvements designed to increase accuracy and efficiency.
As a QuickBooks Online Level 1 and Level 2 Certified ProAdvisor, James combines years of practical accounting experience with current QuickBooks knowledge.
James founded Taylor Balance Co. to return to the accounting work he has always enjoyed—helping businesses maintain accurate, organized financial records and giving owners greater clarity into their finances.
His approach is straightforward: dependable, personalized bookkeeping with the attention to detail and accountability every small business deserves.
